The Lusitânia Congress & Spa hotel is part of Quinta Lusitana, a space dedicated exclusively to the celebration of large-scale banquets such as weddings and other private celebrations such as baptisms, communions, gala dinners, themed parties, among others.

While the event is taking place, you will have a space available to store your luggage or any type of equipment, at no additional cost.

Throughout the event, you will have at your disposal an office service for sending and receiving faxes, e-mails, making photocopies, etc. Just as if you were in the office.

Personalisation of the event

We provide customization of identification materials, including individual KeyPass, flags, banners, menus and identification signs within the hotel unit, in addition to external communication with the media, regarding the dissemination of the event, if requested.

Control of current accounts and invoicing

At the end of each day you will be able to check your current account and certify the amounts to be paid at the end, which will always be invoiced separately, including all outsourced services.
