Horta Lusitana

Inspired by the philosophy of nature and well-being combined with health, the Hotel Lusitânia Congress & SPA presents an innovative concept, having become the first bio-friendly hotel in Portugal to have a large organic farm: the Horta Lusitana. .

A space that includes an organic garden where a wide variety of vegetables and fruits are grown, a large flower garden that helps pollinate the garden and also a corner of aromatic herbs, with own production of tea.

All these products from organic farming are sent directly to the Lusitana Restaurant, where they are used for the preparation of our dishes. The restaurants of the other units of the Natura IMB Hotels group also receive these vegetables, thus promoting the “farm to table” concept.

We seek to offer a gastronomy inspired by nutritious and natural products, preserving their biological component, from the harvest to our tables.

Lusitano Restaurant

Open daily, the Lusitano Restaurant offers a buffet breakfast with a varied regional offer. The light space offers a selection of healthy products, ideal to start the day with the inspiration and energy needed to discover the region or relax in the hotel.

At lunch and dinner, the restaurant offers an à la carte menu and the Bio Grill offer, fusion with the contemporary offer, inspired by the flavours of Beira Interior. The products of the garden are always present and, nothing better than our organic and sustainable wine production, try them!
